This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of paid subscriptions to SHORTCLIX, a brand of rematic media GmbH (the “Service”).
You can request a refund for any reason within 14 days of the date of purchase. We refund the full amount you paid, to the original payment method used for the purchase. This 14-day refund applies to your first purchase and to each subscription renewal.

To request a refund, contact us at support@shortclix.com, or use the receipt e-mail or buyer portal provided by the payment provider that handled your order. Once we receive your request within the 14-day period, the refund is issued to your original payment method, normally within 14 days. Your access to the paid features ends once the refund has been issued.
